The First Snow of 2020, 40×50cm, 2020

“风雨送春归，飞雪迎春到。”2020庚子年伊始，一场不平凡的大雪悄然降临人间，打破了世间的平静与安宁。大片的雪花从灰色的天空悠然落下，白如棉絮，巧如飞花，轻如鹅毛。霎时，天地间一片苍茫，寒气氤氲，肃杀寂寥。“瀚海栏杆百丈冰，愁云惨淡万里凝。”这2020的第一场雪似乎有些留恋人间，她试图将大地的一切斑斓色彩掩埋，在天地间唯我独尊，于是便将冰雪覆盖大地，缀满枝头。狂风妄想着将一切席卷，供其驱使享乐，于是他将树叶吹落到雪地中，埋藏在泥土里，仅留下枝干任其拍打。可你看到了吗？在这天寒地冻的日子里，那一棵棵树犹如坚强的战士一般手拉着手紧紧地站在一起，同仇敌忾，他们将“手”指向了一个共同的方向。你看到了吗？在这场非同寻常的鹅毛大雪中，有些树尽管被累弯了腰，但他的背却始终挺拔向上，任凭狂风肆虐，寒风刺骨，他们始终也不愿低下那高傲的头颅。海明威曾说过：“人，不是生来就要被打败的。人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。”是呀，树又何尝不是同样有着自己坚强的个性和不屈的灵魂呢？凛冽的寒风纵然可以刺穿他们的身体，却永远无法击垮他们的意志。或许在他们的心中有一份执念，那便是风雪过后必将枯木逢春，草长莺飞，风云过后也必将水天一色，碧波荡漾；或许他们在默默地凝聚着一股巨大的力量，等待着山花烂漫之时，笑望人间。

你看到天边的那抹淡淡的藏青色了吗？他在告诉着世人灰色的阴霾终将散去，湛蓝的天空即将到来。你看到近处有些已经变绿的小草了吗？他在为我们诉说着“春”的秘密……

The First Snow of 2020

‘Windy rain had sent spring away, Flying snow has welcomed spring back.’ In the early 2020, an extraordinary snow quietly came to the world, broke the world's peace and tranquility. Large flakes of snow fell leisurely from the gray sky, as white as the cotton, as nimble as the flying flowers, as light as goose feathers. All of a sudden, the universe became a vast expanse of whiteness, a kind of cold and  desolate filling in the air constantly. ‘The vast sea is full of ice, and the clouds are gloomy.’ The first snow of 2020 seemed somewhat nostalgic of the man’s world. She tried to bury all the colors of the earth, which she covered the ground with snow and decorated the ice on branches, so that she could dominate the world. Also, her friend wind attempted to sweep all things up for pleasure, so he blowed the leaves into the snow, and buried them in the earth, only left the branch to be scourged. But do you see the trees stand firmly together like soldiers in the cold day? They join hands with each other and figure to the same destination. Do you see though some of the trees have bend down because of the heavy snow, their backs are always straight up, no matter how pain they are and how cold they are, they are not willing to lower their proud heads. A famous America writer Ernest Hemingway used to say that ‘People are not born to be defeated. One can be destroyed, but cannot be defeated.’ Indeed, it is the trees that also have their own strong personality and indomitable soul. Although the cold wind can pierce their bodies, it never beat their will. Maybe they heave a strong beliefs in their heart, which is spring will come and grass grow green after the snowstorm, the waters and skies will merge in one colour after the tempest.Perhaps they are quietly gathering a great strength, waiting for the moment when mountain flowers in full bloom, they smile at the world with relief. 

Do you see the faint navy blue on the horizon? They are telling us the gray haze will pass and the blue sky will come soon. Do you see some of the grass are growing green nearby? They are whispering the secret of the spring......
