号三迁郎，毕业于重庆师范学院中文系。现为国家机关公务员，中国摄影家协会会员。上世纪末开始从事摄影创作，拍摄了大量的风光和人文图片，并形成了自己独特的摄影艺术风格。作品多次在国内各种影展、影赛中获得大奖。爱好书法、古典文学、诗歌、散文，作品多次在国家级刊物发表。
　　 Brief Introduction of the Author Li Yongzhong, graduated from the Chinese Language and Literature Department of Chongqing Normal University. He works as a civil servant in a governmental institution and is a member of China PhotographersAssociation. Beginning photographic creation since the end of last century, he has shot enormous landscape and cultural pictures and formed his own unique artistic style in photography. His works received many awards in various photographic exhibitions and photographic competitions. He also loves calligraphy, classical literature, poetry, and prose. His works were once published in many national magazines and journals.
