朱膺(1920—)浙江萧山人。1940年毕业于国立艺术专科学校西画系，长期从事绘画创作与美术教育工作。现任同济大学建筑规划学院教授，并受聘为上海交通大学艺术顾问、上海科技大学兼职美术教授。1988年应邀赴美国芝加哥、纽约举办个人画展。中国美术家协会会员，上海美术家协会理事，海派现代油画对外交流会会长，美国芝加哥北美中华艺术家协会特邀顾问。擅长油画。早期水墨画《虎与子》获美国慈善画展优秀奖；油画《山茶》为中国美术馆收藏。出版有《朱膺画选》。
