陈舜芝 1954-
从事绘画创作四十余年，援用了单纯的线状元素去铺陈画面，技法上有别于传统油彩厚重堆叠的块面表现，她则追求一种薄而透明且延展性极高的轻盈效果，属于东方绘画语言的优雅抒情。创造出一个她所属意的艺术空间，其中清楚的传递着单纯、透明、流畅、崇尚秩序，——一种追求生命还源的想望。
这些欢愉的线群，相互簇拥、串结，一束束虚实紧松，或具象或抽象，活泼舒畅急缓流转间，展演着一种生命的曲调。——陈舜芝藉着她画中的线串，正抒理着紧绷的人世与紊杂了的思维。
Chen Shun Chin 1954-
Engaged in painting creation for over 40 years, Chen’s oil paintings emphasize a simple layout of linear elements, distinct from the block structure of thick oil paints. Her pursuit is an effect of lightness, transparency and discontinuity, an elegant and lyrical oriental painting language. Chen, by means of linear structure, creates her personal artistic space and clearly expresses simplicity, transparency, fluency and a yearning for life rebirth.
These cheerful bundles of lines, embracing and binding each other, illusory or realistic, tight or loose, solid or abstract, demonstrate a tune of life. The lines in her paintings, is combing out this intense world and people’s chaotic thoughts.
