　　展览《乐园》
　　去年我搬到一个带院子的房子。买了竹子围栏，在地上撒满了野花种子，虞美人、格桑花之类的。虽然不知道能不能长出花来，但只是站在院子里想象它们长出来的样子，心情就会变的很好。近几年，心里前所未有的不安全感。我发现生活中小小的美好瞬间，能很好地缓解对未来不确定的焦虑。我把这个院子当成可以安抚心灵的乐园。也许大家在心底也需要一个自己乐园。当生活遇到困难的时候，可以去里面休息。等心情恢复后，就可以继续面对残酷的现实了。

　　Exhibition “paradise”
　　Last year I moved to a house with a yard. Bought a bamboo fence and spread wild flower seeds on the ground, such as Yu Meimei and Gesang flowers. Although I don't know if I can grow flowers, I just stand in the yard and imagine how they grow, and my mood will become very good. In recent years, I feel an unprecedented sense of insecurity. I have found that a small beautiful moment in life can well alleviate the anxiety of uncertainty about the future. I regard this yard as a paradise that can soothe my heart. Maybe everyone needs a paradise of their own in the bottom of their heart. When life encounters difficulties, you can go inside and have a rest. After the mood recovers, you can continue to face the cruel reality.
